Job Description
Using the Talend ETL Framework developed by our client, the Lead/Senior Developers will design/develop and test ETL jobs. The Developers will need to be trained on the JCI Talend Framework. Please note that the Talend jobs will be developed on Hadoop.
Minimum Qualifications
The objective of the ETL Framework is to mask the complexities of Hadoop from the developer. The following skills are desirable but we anticipate that training will be needed.
- Talend ETL tool on Hadoop
- Hadoop
- Hive
- Scoop, Pig, Java
- Strong Java w/ Hadoop, can be trained on Talend OR Talend and Java, can be trained on Hadoop
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
