Design Architect  

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Architect to join our dynamic team. The Design Architect will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for a variety of projects, ranging from residential and commercial to institutional and cultural.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
• Develop initial design concepts and present ideas through sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to integrate various design elements and ensure project feasibility.
• Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and best practices into project designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, specifications, and presentations, to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Oversee the development of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants during the construction phase to address design-related issues and modifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Preferred, but not required. Candidates on track for licensure will be considered.

Experience: Mid-level: 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with BIM software preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in luxury residential & comercial design is a plus (contemporary )

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects is required.
