Our company is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare periodic reports and contributions to government institutions;
2. Administers statutory and company-driven employee benefits and services;
3. Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance;
4. Oversee and manage employee attendance and timekeeping;
5. Ensures compliance to compensation practices set by law and by the company;
6. Handle the payroll, compensation & benefit processes;
7. Develop and implement employee engagement programs;
8. Assist with conflict resolutions and provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters and ensure legal compliance;
9. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
10. Performs any other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
2. Must be computer literate and proficient with various computer-based software (MS applications, government online systems);
3. Keen attention to detail and highly organized;
4. Graduate of Behavioral Science courses, Human Resources Management, and/or equivalent;
5. In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code, Labor standards, and HR best practices;
6. Solid experience in HR, payroll and compensation & benefits processes and procedures;
7. Must be people-oriented and highly flexible;
8. Amenable to work onsite in Makati City.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
