Job Description
- Legal Document Review and Preparation:
a. Drafting, reviewing, and examining legal documents such as contracts, cooperation agreements, MoUs, and other business documents.
b. Ensuring the legality of documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. - Legal Compliance:
a. Ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and legal policies.
b. Monitoring regulatory changes that may impact company operations. - License Management:
a. Managing company-related licensing documents, including applications, renewals, and extensions.
b. Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth licensing process. - Operational Legal Support:
a. Providing legal advice to other departments regarding the legal aspects of company operations.
b. Assisting in resolving legal disputes, both internally and externally. - Legal Archiving and Documentation:
a. Managing the legal document archiving system to ensure data accessibility and security.
b. Preparing periodic legal and licensing reports for internal company needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Law, with minimum GPA of 3.00 and maximum age 30 years old
- Understands business legal transactions such as Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, Joint Operations, Industrial Zones, Acquisitions, and Legal Opinion Drafting.
- Experienced in negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation is preferred.
- Preferably has experience in a reputable law firm.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
