- Convert attached PDF/Image/Doc files to HTML format.
- Ensure the generated text quality is good and processable.
- Assist the training process using user feedback loop. Extract daily reports from chatbot usage.
- Collaborate with QA and Development teams to select documents from the knowledge portal library.
- Learn the process of Generative AI use cases and how to automate the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student from Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Familiar with AI content creation tools and technologies
- Familiar with Web content management and HTML
- Attention to detail and meticulous in organizing text and content structure on web pages
- Understanding of reading data flow diagrams.
