- Collaboratively work with stakeholders and active discussion to get data requirements from clients to define problem and to provide actionable insight based on data-driven approached
- Drive analytics that improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other teams (Solution Architect, Business Analysts, etc.) to design end to end data analytics solution
- Coordinate with other the data team (Data Analyst, Data Engineer) to build the end to end data analytics solution
- Build & maintain analysis, insights, reporting/dashboard to support the project/product growth
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 2 years experience on Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Jobs
- Ability to do data assessment
- Ability to create a good and structured data storytelling
- Ability to create data visualization based on the needs and requirements
- Experienced working and gather business and data requirements with multiple stakeholders across various business units
- Knowledgeable in SQL and query optimization
- Able to use Visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Others
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills especially for facing clients
- High curiosity, hungry on learning and proactive personality
- Understand CRISP-DM
