Job Description
Administrative Officer I
a. Assists in performing simple administrative tasks in the internal operation of the Division;
b. May supervise a small group of clerical employees in carrying out their tasks;
c. Performs or assists in a variety of administrative task with respect to recording, correspondence and voucher preparation that materially assists in the housekeeping operations of a department or division; and;
d. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
