Credit Analyst  

As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage brokers and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed research and analysis of clients' financial situations to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Loan Application Management: Take ownership of loan applications from the initial submission through to final settlement, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Valuations and Pricing: Coordinate the ordering of property valuations and submission of pricing requests, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaboration with Brokers: Work closely with mortgage brokers to provide support throughout the loan process, facilitating communication between clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties as required, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

• Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively assess and strategize client needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple client files and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English is essential, as clear and concise communication is critical in this role.
