Editorial
o Create articles catered towards the local audience
o Translate content in Cebuano or Tagalog
o Run online and offline surveys for data gathering and user testing
o Scout blog contributors from school and youth organizations
o Publish monthly newsletters showcasing milestones and developments of the team
o Use online and offline research tools to come up with comprehensive and authoritative
profiles of schools, scholarships, and courses in the Philippines and abroad
o Create up-to-date and grammatically correct profiles, descriptions, and/or listings
o Frequent and timely update of trackers
Database management
o Back-end management of database dashboards
o Synthesizes and interprets data to come up with relevant insights
o Frequent and timely update of trackers
Marketing
o Outsource third party photo and video production team during events
o Create participant testimonials in the form of blogs/newsletters
o Share content materials to Facebook groups and pages
o Support designs and creatives of multimedia team
o Frequent and timely update of trackers
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Creative Writing, or related industry is a plus
- Can implement end-to-end social media management
- Highly creative and understands Gen Z trends, lingo, and insights
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- Has good written and oral communication skills, both English, Filipino and Cebuano
- Genuinely enjoys research work
- Passionate about education
- Team player, detail-oriented, fast learner, and has a strong sense of responsibility
