We Are Hiring: Engagement Specialist
Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating meaningful connections? Join our team as an Engagement Specialist and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging experience for both our staff and students while supporting recruitment efforts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute monthly staff engagement initiatives that align with EF’s culture, vision, and values to build a fun, dynamic, and high-performing team.
- Support center operations by planning centralized offline and online events for students in collaboration with respective departments.
- Assist the recruitment field by crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 0-1 year of work experience
- Having a related internship/project experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great planner with creative and independent execution ability to get things done effectively
- A can-do attitude to handle a multi-tasking work environment with excellent time management skills
- Good communication as well as writing skills
