Job Description
- Identify Training needs of the organization's employees to be able to bridge gaps in skills and competency
- Coordinate with Line heads, Team Leads, and Officers and identify what skills are needed to enhance competencies of employees
- Create a Training Matrix to properly track schedules of the organization's departments which should be released annually
- Create and Design Training Modules, facilitate and schedule training sessions through numerous techniques such as workshops, learning session, re-training, & seminars
- Manage training related Adhoc tasks
- Conceptualize people programs that increase employee satisfaction and motivation
- Evaluate effectiveness of training & programs conducted
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR with a solid background in Training and Development

Excellent interpersonal, Communication, & Time Management Skills

Problem solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
