Job Description

Recruiting various Fleet Owners and drivers that can provide Logistics Services for ECarga Clients and assessing if they have the right documents and assets to be accredited.

Onboarding and Supporting Fleet Owners and drivers on how to use ECarga Application and the type of Services we offer, as well as the practices and policies implemented.

Encourage Fleet Owners and drivers to be active in using the platform, accept and fulfill Booking Requests

Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services

Consistently use, recommend and improve the processes and approach in terms of managing the accredited Fleet Owners of ECarga

Assist with preparation and agreement of individual action plan and target for all team members.

Any other work related to Customer Service and potential customer handling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills

In charge of Recruiting and Onboarding Fleet Owners, as well as supporting and maintaining the relationship with the company’s accredited / registered Fleet Owners and drivers. Fleet Operations Associate shall also ensure that ECarga has enough accredited Fleet Owners and drivers to provide logistics services to its Clients, as well as ensuring that it provides high quality service and it complies with company’s policies, vision, practices and agreed terms and conditions.

Preferably graduated in college courses like Marketing, Tourism and other Customer related courses.

3-5 years of working experience in sales or operations and support functions preferably with experience in the Logistics Industry.
