FILIPINO SOCIETY OF COMPOSERS, AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS, INC. The Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Inc. is a collective management organization for music creators and publishers which primarily licenses the public playing, broadcast and streaming of copyrighted local and foreign musical compositions in the Philippines. It is a member of the Paris-based Confederation Internationale des Societes d’ Auteurs et Compositeurs (CISAC) which is the umbrella organization of the composer societies around the world. Currently, FILSCAP has over 1000 local members, including such famous names in the Filipino songwriting industry as Ryan Cayabyab, Rey Valera, Jim Paredes, Vehnee Saturno, Jose Mari Chan, Gary Valenciano, Ogie Alcasid, Rico Blanco, Ely Buendia, Chito Miranda, Raymond Marasigan, Yael Yuzon, Gloc9, Armi Millare, Yeng Constantino, etc.
