HR Recruitment Associate  

FirstBPO is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department by assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

The job of an HR Associate involves:

• Obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information
• Managing company human resources records
• Assisting new employees with enrollment procedures
• Running and managing all the administrative tasks of an HR department
• Recruitment HR record maintenance
• Payroll administration
• Organization policies and procedures
• Facilitating employee relations through regular communication and surveys
• Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Supporting HR management in all workforce development, recruitment and training initiatives

This is an Onsite Work.

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/recruiting position.
• With Employee relations and Recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases. (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
•Must be willing to work onsite.
