What's On The Menu For You To Do:
1. Regulatory
- Lead the business process in acquiring business permits on all locations in collaboration with City managers.
- Develop, Monitor and maintain digital inventory of the Company’s City Offices and status of business permits to track their compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Develop, Monitor and maintain inventory of DTI complaint cases in coordination with the Customer Experience (CX) Team, ensuring timely responses to DTI advisories and provision of updates within SLA period.
- Daily monitor and generate a report on news items of any government actions and policies that concern FPPI and its businesses.
2. Public Affairs
- Support the Regulatory and Public Affairs Manager in the Company’s public policy and government relations initiatives.
- Prepares and drafts position papers, correspondences to government agencies, and other documentary requirements as needed.
- Maintain a contact database and mapping of current key political leaders and decision-makers in the government.
- Create and maintain a secondary network of contacts in relevant government agencies at the national, regional and local levels.
- Support the Regulatory and Public Affairs Manager in engaging with the Company’s non-investment stakeholders that compose of trade associations, industry partners, non-profit groups, and other allies.
- Maintain a database of contacts of leaders and decision makers in relevant trade and industry associations that the Company belongs to.
- Support the Regulatory and Public Affairs Manager in the implementation of the Company’s Corporate Social Advocacy program in collaboration with the other departments and which are aligned with regional and central office policies.
- Maintain a filing system for the project documents of Corporate Social Advocacy projects.
- Coordinate with other departments and partner organizations in the organizing of Corporate Social Advocacy activities.
- Assist in the generation and production of reports on the Corporate Social Advocacy program of the Company.
- Lead the generation of regular public affairs updates on the ph front for dissemination to appropriate recipients;
- Undertake other tasks as may be assigned by the Regulatory and Public Affairs Manager.

What do you bring to the table?
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Management, Communications or related fields.
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in liaison and networking with government agencies/offices and other organizations.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project development and management.
- Knowledge and understanding of government processes and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills with thorough knowledge of common word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Effective report-writing and communication skills in English.
- Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member.
- Ability to develop rapport internally and externally in a multicultural environment.
