Job Description

To ensures all receivable accounts be properly recorded, updated, monitored, and collected on time thus, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.

  • Scanning and sorting of Transmittal documents for the invoices that was countered.
  • Filing of actual Transmittal of the invoices.
  • Responds queries about sales.
  • Follows up Delivery Receipts not yet invoiced from Sales Department.
  • Checks of status in Trade shift.
  • Coordinates with Sales Department if the status of invoices in trade shift is tagged as rejected and no status.
  • Checks the remittance advice in the trade shift.
  • Creates of Payment Reminder
  • Files of Payment Reminder (Docs)
  • Receives and checks of Transmittal of DR's received.
  • Scans of Transmittal of DR's Received.
  • Sends of Transmittal of DR's thru Skype.
  • Files of Transmittal of DR's
  • Emails Payment Reminder
  • Assigns Invoices to DR's
  • Prints PO Copy
  • Drafts DR to Sales Invoice
  • Prints Sales Invoice
  • Requests approval and signature for the Invoices made.
  • Files Sales Invoice Unpaid / For countering.
  • Inputs and Updates Aging Reports
  • Sorts of Invoice's ready to counter.
  • Transacts Urgent Transactions
  • Follows up Collection's to Treasury if collected.
  • Updates Daily Collection
  • Checks Collection to PassBook
  • Stamps Paid Invoices ready to collect.
  • Filling of 2307
  • Checking of 2307
  • Scanning of 2307
  • Creates and checks Sales Reports
  • Creates COGS
  • Creates OR for DV (Rental fee/Service Fee)
  • Ensures reliability and integrity of financial reporting and management information systems for the company
  • Maintains required level of technical knowledge.
  • Compiles and implements all Company policies adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and Safety Procedures
  • Performs other tasks as determined by immediate supervisor and/or Management

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSA)or equivalent
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience
  3. Fresh graduates are also welcome
  4. Planning and Organizing Skills, keen to details, working knowledge in MS Office, advanced skills in MS Excel, good communication skills, ability to meet schedules and deadlines
  5. Ability to work well with others, self-starter, results-driven, honest, persistent, enthusiastic, diligent and determined
  6. Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City - Onsite
  7. Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
