Job Description

Ensures all Books of Accounts be properly recorded, updated, monitored on daily basis, duly filed documents are complete (JVs and Shipment) and generates trial balances for preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reports.

  • Monitoring and validating the correctness of recorded Journal Entries in the working trial balance
  • Processing liquidation of cash advances to employees and vendors and posting to JEV Report
  • Updating of Advances to Employees and Vendor Report
  • Compiling the daily transactions in AP and AR and identifying the bank debits and bank credits for posting to Bank Reconciliation Report
  • Collaboration with AR and AP Analysts & Team Leads
  • Collaboration with Accounting Supervisor & Manager
  • Ensures reliability and integrity of financial reporting and management information systems for the company.

  • Shipments vs. Inventory Account Reconciliation Report
  • Consumption vs Inventory Account Reconciliation Report
  • Fixed Assets Lapsing Schedule
  • Security Deposits on Rentals Monitoring
  • Office Supplies Monitoring
  • Maintains required level of technical knowledge.
  • Compiles and implements all Company policies adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and Safety Procedures
  • Performs other tasks as determined by immediate supervisor and/or Management

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSA) or equivalent
  2. Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  3. 6 months to 1 year of experience
  4. Planning and Organizing Skills, keen to details, working knowledge in MS Office, advanced skills in MS Excel, good communication skills, ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
  5. Ability to work well with others, self-starter, results-driven, honest, persistent, enthusiastic, diligent and determined
  6. Came from an accounting or auditing firm is an advantage
  7. Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City - Onsite
  8. Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
