Job Description
The HRAD Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) is responsible for providing support to the payroll team and ensuring workflow for the overall day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aids in payroll management using Phoenix Payroll System
- Creates payroll web account of a new employee.
- Performs and computes payroll for regular and contractual paid employees.
- Responds to payroll queries of employees.
- Facilitates monthly remittance of SSS, HDMF and Phil health contributions and loans.
- Updates SSS R3 records.
- Supports in the loan application of employees.
- Gives update on unposted contributions and loan payments.
- Helps in the processing of SSS maternity, sickness, and accident benefits.
- Makes SSS, HDMF and Phil health certificate of contributions.
- Ensures accurate monthly 1601-C composition with approval from audit team.
- Provides the Request for Payment for payroll, 1601-C and other related transactions.
- Maintains and updates HMO renewal and enrollment of employees.
- Computes final pay of resigned employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years experience
- Strong mathematical skills
- MS Excel Proficiency
- HRIS Knowledge
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday - Saturday)
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary / Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate: Taguig City (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work - Required)
