Job Description

Responsible in processing and monitoring all transactions pertaining to Disbursements and Receipts and related transactions. Must ensure that every financial exchange is accurately recorded and tracked, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in order to uphold the integrity of the financial records

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Performs daily monitoring and accounting of outstanding receivables especially on Parts & Service.
Follow-ups and collects Creditable Taxes Withheld and submit forms together with the SAWT validation every end of the month to the Accounting Manager.
Prepares Unit commission and Ancillary commission.
Receives and review documents from Service Department and endorse to Credit & Collection.
Receives billings and invoices from supplier.
Prepares vouchers for payment and properly record the transaction as asset or expenses.
Submits vouchers to Treasury Department for check preparation and release to payees/suppliers.
Processes cash advances, reimbursements and PCF replenishments of employees.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

Work Experience : One (1) year experience in Accounting Department

Eligibility : Proficiency in Excel
