Administrative Assistant  

Will be in charge of the unit's client and applicant onboarding-related administrative matters such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Validating documents to ensure accuracy and completion

• Submitting documents per client requests within the day (via e-mail or through office)

• Submitting application documents for applicants

• Coordinating with other staff and department for admin matters

• Updating data on a regular basis for managers' monitoring

• Printing and filing of documents

• Other administrative matters

• Knowledgeable in Graphics Editing and Poster making in Canva and other related application.
• Background in Recruitment to look for potential talents
• Experience in reports and events management
• 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time
