Job Description
- Performs general clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, emailing)
- Maintains records for company credit cards, office keys, etc.
- Modifies and creates various documents (MS Office)
- Manages and distributes information within the office
- Plans and schedules daily errand logistics
- Orders company supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Liaise with management to handle requests and queries
- Arrange the filing/segregation of documents
- Making sure legal documents reach concerned people on time
- Arranging for on time the delivery of documents
- Make travel arrangements
- File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents
- Performing admin tasks among others
- Communicate and follow-up on pending work to be done
- Understand and obey instruction from the COO of the company thru phone call, text, or email
Minimum Qualifications
- With Legal background
- Preferably with paralegal or legal secretary working experienced
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Preferably with readily available requirements such as updated NBI, POLICE, BRGY. CLEARANCE, TOR/DIPLOMA, SSS,PHILHEALTH,PAGIBIG,TIN NO./ID etc.
