Job Description
- Developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, that resonates with the target audience.
- Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyzing social media metrics and using data to improve social media campaigns and overall social media presence.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ads, targeting audiences, and monitoring performance.
- Training and supervising a team of social media specialists or coordinators, delegating tasks, and ensuring high-quality work.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Creating and presenting reports to management on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Experience in social media advertising and analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
