Job Description
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a courteous and timely manner.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service.
- Addressing customer inquiries and accommodating special requests.
- Handling payments and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Memorizing menu items and being able to describe them accurately.
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks during busy periods.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required.
- Candidates should have 6+ months of experience working as a waiter or waitress.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, a consistent work ethic, and sharp attention to detail.
- Energetic, friendly, and professional individuals with passion and dedication to creating excellent guest experiences.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced bar environment, requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay, Taguig and Makati area.
