Host Livestream Specialist  

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of daily live-streams across platforms like Shopee and TikTok, showcasing our products to a wide audience.
• Stay on top of the latest trends, topics, and products to create engaging and relevant content.
• Present and explain product features in a clear, energetic, and persuasive manner to drive audience interest and sales.
• Monitor and report live-stream performance metrics (views, engagement, top viewers, audience retention) to continually improve outcomes.
• Work with teams to develop strategies for captivating live-stream content.
• Assist in preparing live-stream materials, setting up equipment, and coordinating with team.
• Ensure an engaging and interactive atmosphere during live sessions, maintaining high energy and viewer engagement.

• Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum age 30 years.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Well-groomed, confident, and camera-friendly; experience with makeup application.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to build rapport with viewers.
• Social media savvy with experience in live-streaming and online engagement.
• Creative, quick-thinking, and able to handle live audiences with ease.
