Production Intern  

We are looking for motivated Production Interns to join our dynamic team. As a Production Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting all aspects of podcast production, from organizing sets to assisting with recording and post-production tasks. If you're passionate about audio storytelling, eager to learn, and willing to put in the work to prove yourself, this is the perfect place to kick-start your career. You’ll become an integral part of the team, assisting the crew in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in audio editing, mixing, and mastering to ensure polished, professional episodes.
• Help by organizing audio equipment, props, and other necessary tools.
• Support directors, writers, and other crew members during production activities.
• Assist podcasters around the studio during recordings, ensuring smooth operations.
• Organize and maintain production files and assets, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help shape captivating narratives.
• Undertake errands as assigned by the production team to support seamless production flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in journalism, communications, media production, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe products (e.g Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro) and audio software like Eleven Labs or similar tools.
• A strong interest in storytelling or audio production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• High energy, initiative, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning new skills and embracing challenges in a creative environment.
