- Conduct outbound calls to promote skincare and beauty products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
- Utilize telemarketing scripts and strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Atleast one year of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Experienced with outbound calls and chat
- Good English communications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales target
- Strong work ethics and a self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (Microsoft office, CRM)
- Familiarity with call center technology and telemarketing scripts
