The role involves supporting operations and grow the cities in the region, working with different teams, both in Manila and in the different cities in the Philippines.
- Ensure operational excellence through
compliance on administrative projects and BAU tasks especially procurement and finance related - Close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes and ensure vendor communication is consistent to avoid process delays
- Work closely with 1-up manager to help manage data
- Enable operations to create actions plans through quantitative performance trend and on-ground qualitative validations
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months contract
- 25-35k monthly salary
- Bacolod-based
- Daily office reporting in Grab Bacolod office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Other dialects and languages are a plus since we'll be traveling)
- Has experience with collection, consolidation and interpretation/analayis of data, numbers, sales reports, etc.
- No fieldwork required
- Experience in data analysis and queries (SQL), and project management is a plus
