Job Description
a. Onboarding:
- Craft employment contracts and present job offers to new hires.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including company overviews, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that job descriptions for various business units are up to date.
b. Compensation & Benefits:
- Liaise with service providers to manage company benefits.
- Assess and endorse applications for salary loans and other financial assistance.
- Assist employees in obtaining government-provided benefits.
c. Filing / Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee 201 files.
- Keep the employee masterlist (database) and online directory up to date.
- Safeguard HR-related records, including HMO documents, job portals, budgets, and more.
- Issue Certificates of Employment.
- Facilitate clearance processing for outgoing employees and endorse them for Final Pay computation.
d. Employee Engagement:
- Champion the vision and mission of the company, embodying its culture and values.
- Support Employee Programs projects aimed at promoting camaraderie, rewards, and recognition.
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
- Create and distribute announcements, such as holidays, suspensions, and employee engagements via text brigades and email.
f. Performance Management:
- Spearhead employee evaluations, including probationary and yearly appraisals.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
g. Other Responsibilities:
- Attend alignment meetings with line managers and serve as an HR consultant for related matters.
- Handle various other roles and deliverables that may be assigned from time to time, such as social media, materials requests, DOLE compliance, and more.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

Experience in employee engagement is a plus.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
