- Manage the reception desk area (answer phone calls, handle basic inquiries, attend to company visitors, distribute incoming and outgoing documents, etc.)
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Pay utility and other miscellaneous expenses
- Acquire and replenish office supplies
- Maintain company assets and inventory
- Source and purchase materials
- Assist company executives in clerical work as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a completed Bachelor's degree in any 4 years course (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
- Can reliably operate the MS Office apps
- Preferably has 1 year experience performing clerical tasks in a corporate setting
- Preferably has experience in sourcing and purchasing
- Has good communication skills
- Ready to join a fun and dynamic team
- Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig City)
