Who we are INAEC Avi­a­tion Cor­po­ra­tion is an air trans­port service provider to off­shore oil and gas pro­duc­ers, medical ser­vice providers, high-​value cargo movers, news and events broad­cast­ers, high net worth individuals,and local and for­eign companies. His­tory Estab­lished in 1932 by Don Euge­nio H. Lopez, Sr., Iloilo-​Negros Air Express Com­pany (INAEC) was the first Filipino-​owned pri­vate air­line in the Philip­pines. Although its fleet was com­pletely destroyed in World War II, INAEC quickly rebuilt after the war to become Far East Asia Trans­port, Inc. (FEATI), the first Fil­ipino air­line to serve inter­na­tional routes. FEATI was sold in 1947and later merged with Philip­pine Airlines. INAEC was revived in 1993 to serve the needs of the Lopez Group of Com­pa­nies. It expanded its clien­tele in 2001 in response to the cor­po­rate sector’s height­ened demand for domes­tic and inter­na­tional trans­port services.
