Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Regulations and Listed Companies Development Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and socializing activities with listed companies, developing and refining listing regulations, and coordinating effective collaboration with relevant parties to promote company growth. You will also assist in secretarial tasks for the Company's Evaluation Committee and contribute to strategies, planning, execution, and evaluation of listed company development initiatives in line with capital market advancements.
Minimum Qualifications
Specific Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Management / Business / Accounting.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Skills in Legal/regulation review & drafting, Capital Market regulations, Corporate Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Strong analytical & design thinking, event and project management skills.
- Proficient in public speaking and communication.
- Expertise in deck composition and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
- Proficient in data analysis.
General Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing
- Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
