Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience
At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Proven knowledge and experience in secure system design, configuring and managing security devices, security monitoring, and implementing cybersecurity prevention measures to protect critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system stability, security, and efficient performance.
- Comprehensive knowledge in implementing and managing virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V, to enhance resource utilization and system scalability.
- Practical experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable and flexible infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of the capital market and its technology requirements, enabling effective support for operational systems related to trading and exchanges.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Clear communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for all audiences.
- Natural collaborator who fosters a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments, staying calm and focused while embracing new technologies.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standards.

General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
