Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary candidate documentation is complete and accurate. Working closely with a leading recruitment firm, you will be responsible for following up on missing candidate requirements, tracking progress, and maintaining meticulous records.
This role requires a dynamic individual who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and organized. A background in recruitment or HR is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with candidates to obtain missing documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Review, track, and maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and paperwork.
- Conduct quick Zoom meetings as needed to verify documents or clarify details.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation.
- Maintain a high level of organization to track the progress of onboarding candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with repetitive and meticulous tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry tools and tracking systems.
- Customer service mindset and the ability to handle follow-ups professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
