Junior Web Developer  

1. Develop and maintain website features using modern web development practices.
2. Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement new features and
enhancements.
3. Ensure the website is optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
6. Contribute to growing Knowledge Base articles by documenting processes, solutions,
and best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a

related field

Work Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in web and systems

development

Skills: Work experience with the following:
○ WordPress core architecture and multisite.
○ Gutenberg Blocks.
○ Popular page builders such as Beaver Builder or Divi.
○ SEO best practices and Google Core Web Vitals.

● Demonstrates expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies,
with a strong grasp of modern web development practices.
● Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
● Experience with other web applications and systems development tools and
languages.
● Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
● Experience with Angular, Vanilla JS, and React.
● Knowledge of Laravel.
● Familiarity with back-end software such as PHP, Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, and
Sass.
