Job Description
Coordinates with dealers in the implementation of strategic business strategies and promotion of the Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) category and monitors its effectiveness.
Reviews and evaluates dealer sales performance and applies countermeasures as necessary.
Conducts regular dealer visits and provides assistance on fleet sales concerns.
Monitors and prepares accurate reports on the achievement of LCV sales target.
Assists in research analysis on current market trends on price, promotional discounting opportunities, and customer behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Business Management or related course.
With at least 5 years of related experience; experience in handling fleet sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Demonstrated knowledge in market research and sales analysis.
Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
