Accountant  

Area of Responsibility:

• Objective for the company
• Systematic recording and monitoring of the flow of money and services, in compliance with legal requirements
• Handles accounts payable (Germany)
• Accounts clarification (General ledger accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts)
• Dunning system in the context of purchase management
• Auditing and recording business transactions (bookkeeping)
• Approval of reimbursement and cash advance request
• Monthly meeting to the country manager

Core tasks/Task description

• Responsibility and Authority
• Implementation in accordance with the principles of sound accounting and local commercial law
• Recording, presentation, control, evaluation and planning of operational event.

• Pursuing degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy or any related courses
• Commenced vocation training, preferably as a tax clerk or bookeeper*
• High affinity in dealing with numbers
• Accuracy, patience and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in PH tax compliances and local payroll
• Preferably with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, quickbooks or SAP experience
• Proficient in using of MS tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Nice to have: Professional experience in financial accounting – preferably in client accounting (tax subject)
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
