Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and layouts for a variety of media, including garments, corporate giveaways, digital and print. This role involves working on diverse design projects, from branding and marketing materials to website visuals and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop creative and engaging graphics for digital and print media, including clothing, corporate giveaways, websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
• Brand Development: Create and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Design logos, brochures, business cards, and other brand assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines. Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Layout and Typography: Design layouts and select typography that aligns with project goals and enhances the user experience. Ensure that all designs are visually appealing and effective in communicating messages.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to meet design standards and project needs. Utilize photo editing software to enhance visual content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply best practices and innovative techniques to keep designs fresh and relevant.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof all design work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final production or publication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
