- Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee retail store setup, remodels, and expansions for both boutique and kiosk locations.
- Plan, execute, and track project milestones, ensuring that all deadlines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Collaborate with design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure store layouts are implemented efficiently and according to brand standards.
- Monitor inventory and product availability for timely restocking and sales planning.
- Construction Coordination:
- Liaise between retail staff, management, and external vendors to ensure all operational needs are met.
- Help to ensure that retail locations are properly maintained and comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of all retail spaces to identify and address potential maintenance issues
- Manage relationships with maintenance contractors and vendors, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and maintenance schedules.
- This role will require both office-based and on-site presence at retail boutique and kiosk locations.
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or project-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Project Management, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with retail management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
