Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, service, and administrative roles, including job postings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and source qualified candidates.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, resolving conflicts effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork, productivity, and employee engagement.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs for sales techniques, customer service, and technical skills.
- Support career growth by identifying development opportunities for employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, and employee perks.
- Address employee questions about compensation packages.
Schedules : Monday to Saturdays, 9AM to 6PM, On-Site Set Up
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail OR/AND automotive industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
