Job Description
A Human Resources (HR) Analyst with focus on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Data Analysis. This role involves overseeing various HR and payroll tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our HR Department.
Responsible for:
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Overseeing and administering employee payroll, timekeeping, and mandatory company and government benefits.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Human Resource Integrated System (HRIS) and attendance data.
- Calculating compensation for overtime work, annual leave, and deductions.
- Preparing and distributing paychecks electronically.
- Records Management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance records, personal data, and performance records.
- Compiling and validating 201 Files of existing and newly hired employees.
- Safeguarding contracts, last pay, final pay, quitclaim, and other legal documents.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collating, interpreting, analyzing, and reporting management data to support decision-making.
- Creating and maintaining HR-related spreadsheets and monthly HR KPIs.
- Ensuring accurate and timely government remittances reports.
- General HR Support:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of timekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping matters.
- Providing support to the HR Leadership team and assist with various administrative tasks and special projects.
