As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and expansion. Your mission will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping our market presence, and ensuring our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify market gaps.
- Identify potential clients and proactively initiate contact.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Present our solutions to prospective clients effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and maintain a sales plan with clear objectives and action steps.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales techniques and methodologies.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, agreements, and pricing.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure contract compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to meet client requirements and drive growth.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance.
- Oversee and monitor the administration of the team pipeline, ensuring the timely submission of proposals.
- Manage a team of Enterprise Partner professionals, providing guidance, support, and clear direction to achieve team goals.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process for Enterprise Partner team members.
- Implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new team members, ensuring that all employees complete the EP onboarding assessment and participate in weekly training sessions to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with the team to conduct a skills gap analysis and assess training proposals. Utilize self and team skills gap evaluation forms to identify areas for improvement and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong understanding of the Tech Recruitment industry and the specific needs of clients in this sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
