Job Description
Job Summary:
Give aid to the Admin & Purchasing Manager by monitoring stocks and orders and also by handling and arranging the customs clearance for imported items.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, email, and track Purchase orders for local and international supplies and input them to QuickBooks.
- Prepare a shipment summary.
- Prepare invoices for international shipments.
- Handle and arrange the customs clearance for imported items.
- Make a material receiving report for international suppliers.
- Maintain records of orders and inventories, and follow up on the shipment and delivery to suppliers; and
- Conduct other responsibilities may assigned by the immediate manager/head.
Minimum Qualifications
- with bachelor's degree in business or any related courses.
- preferably with experience in importation / as importation assistant.
- with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- detail-oriented.
- willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City (near Eastwood).
