Pada posisi ini Anda akan membantu melaksanakan dan me-monitoring kesesuaian dan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap ketentuan hukum di Indonesia, khususnya yang terkait kegiatan usaha Perusahaan dan bertindak untuk memberikan pendampingan dan konsultasi hukum, melakukan penyusunan perjanjian, melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak eksternal, mewakili perusahaan di pengadilan terkait perkara litigasi, dan memastikan kepengurusan tata kelola dan legalitas perusahaan berjalan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Minimum Qualifications

Specific Requirements:

Minimum S1 Hukum
Memiliki keahlian di bidang Hukum Perdata, Pidana, Bisnis/Ekonomi, Pasar Modal dan Manajemen Risiko
Memiliki pengetahuan terkait Capital Market Regulation, Capital Market Product & Business Operation, dan Compliance
Apabila memiliki Capital Market Certification (WMI/WPPE), Advocacy Certification, Compliance Certification, atau Risk Management Certification akan menjadi nilai tambah.

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA 3.00
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris) secara tertulis ataupun verbal
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik (Ms. Office)
Mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai utama perusahaan: Integrity, Prudence, Customer Focus, Fellowship, dan Achievement of Excellence

About PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI)

PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) was established in 1996 as a Clearing and Guarantee Institution or Central Counterparty (CCP) for the Indonesian capital market. In accordance with Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Market, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia designated KPEI as part of the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) of the Indonesian capital market, together with PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). As an entity, KPEI’s line of business is to organize clearing of securities exchange transaction and regulated over-thecounter (OTC) transactions as well as securities exchange settlement guarantee. The development of industry and economy has enabled KPEI to expand its business activities by conducting other financial supporting services, with the approval of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The year 2020 marked another milestone of KPEI as it expanded its role as central counterparty (CCP) of the OTC Derivative market in order to support the Government’s program to develop and integrity, efficient, and transparent money market.
