Job Description
- Menerima dan memeriksa invoice, faktur pajak, dan dokumen penagihan dari vendor dan departemen terkait (HR & Legal, GA & Procurement)
- Melakukan pencatatan atas penerimaan dokumen penagihan
- Melakukan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen melalui sistem SAP
- Membuat dan menyerahkan bukti potong Pph 23 kepada AP Supervisor
- Membuat laporan pemesanan dana kepada corporate finance dengan persetujuan Finance & Accounting manajer atau assistant manajer
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan S-1 Administrasi Bisnis / jurusan terkait
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, Access)
- Teliti, rapi, dan terorganisir
