Job Description
- Event Management. Overall process : Manage events from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and evaluation, Handle various event segments like openings, closings, dinners, and pre-event activities.
- Side Event Management. Purpose: Create additional events to enhance the overall experience. Process: Develop ideas, plan and integrate them into the main event, allocate resources, promote and engage participants, execute flawlessly, and gather feedback for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3), Bachelor's (S1), or equivalent degree in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition)
- Individuals with Project-Based experience at Dyandra Promosindo are highly encouraged to apply.
- Understand/have a background in the field of events, especially Convention events.
- Ability to think creatively and critically to contribute innovative ideas.
- Have an excellent time management skills.
- MS Office Proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently in the execution of tasks.
- Fluent in English, both in oral communication and written correspondences
