- Melakukan proses Cascading KPI sampai dengan level Department bersama dengan Architecture Superintendent
- Melakukan dokumentasikan SCO/KPI GoRP dan store bersama dengan Architecture Superintendent
- Melakukan input SCO/KPI GoRP ke dalam sistem PM online
- Melakukan pengembangan (development & updating) terhadap content PM-QM secara periodik berdasarkan hasil analisis dari adanya isu/data/informasi baru, rekomendasi BOD, Corporate Strategy Management, atau bagian lain
- Melakukan pemeliharaan (maintenance) dokumen SOP pada website GMS secara periodik
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 3, diutamakan jurusan Management atau Teknik Industri
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negoisasi dan persuasi yang baik
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis
- Mampu melakukan presentasi dengan baik
