Cloud Engineer  

Role and Responsibility

1. Provisioning VM and Container
2. Continuous Monitoring Server, Storage, Network and Kubernetes Cluster
3. Setup alerting on monitoring tools (Grafana)
4. Analyzing system logs, error messages, and user reports to pinpoint the root cause of technical issues.
5. Utilizing various troubleshooting techniques, network tracing, and performance testing, to isolate the problem.
6. Effectively communicating with users to understand the nature of the issue and gather relevant information.
7. Implementing solutions to fix the identified problems, which may involve applying technical expertise and configuration changes.
8. Prioritizing critical issues and working efficiently to restore system functionality and minimize downtime.
9. Documenting the troubleshooting process and solutions implemented for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills

1. Cloud Services : Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
2. Virtualization : deep Understanding of Virtualization concept such as VMware and Openstack
3. Networking : understanding of networking concepts and protocols, can implement basic switching and routing
4. Storage : having knowledge to configure SAN and NAS Storage
5. Containerization : Having knowledge to Provisioning and management of container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes, to automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
6. Security : understanding of cloud security principles
7. Operating System : having knowledge to configure basic administration of windows server and linux server , for example : config IP Address, remote Desktop, ssh, firewall and LVM
8. Hardware Management : having knowledge to Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hardware assets, including servers, Storage, GPU , networking equipment, and peripherals.

Experience

1. Minimum of 3 Years experience manage virtualization, Kubernetes cluster, Physical Server, Storage and Nework Device
2. Having experience to manage and configure Kubernetes Cluster
3. Having experience in automation using ansible or other tools
