Job Description
- You will calculate transactions revenue for the whole group, including regions such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Papua New Guinea.
- You will initiate, create, and implement a revenue dashboard for Cambodia.
- You will manage and oversee the budget and expenditures of marketing activities with the following primary tasks:
- Cost tracking and analysis: Tracking marketing expenses to ensure they are within the allocated budget, and analyzing costs and expenditures to identify trends and Variancies.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and reconciliation: Preparing reports on marketing spend, comparing actual expenses to budgeted amounts, and explaining variancies.
- Invoice and payment management: Reviewing and processing invoices related to marketing activities, ensuring timely payment to vendors, and managing payment schedules.
- Cross-departmental coordination: Coordinating and collaborating with the marketing team, finance, and other departments.
- Providing regular updates to the marketing team on marketing expenditures and budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years working experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
