Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our design team. You will guide the design team to create attractive graphics for our company's marketing needs. You will play a significant role in ideating brand campaigns and adding value to the same by creating high-quality designsYou will work closely with senior designers and an art director to create visually appealing and technically sound graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logo Design: Create unique, impactful logos that align with our client’s brand identities and communicate their message effectively.
  • Branding: Develop cohesive visual identities for new and existing brands, including typography, color palettes, and graphic elements.
  • Layout Design: Design engaging layouts for print materials (brochures, annual reports, posters, OOH, etc.) and digital assets (social media graphics, web banners, email templates, billboards).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, accounts, and Art Director to ensure designs are aligned with client goals and brand strategies.
  • Adaptability: Adjust designs to various formats and mediums, ensuring high-quality visuals whether on a screen, billboard, or in print.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools to consistently deliver fresh, cutting-edge designs.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio, especially in logo design.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Design Fundamentals:

  • Strong understanding of design principles including color theory, logo dimensions, typography, and layout.

Attention to Detail:

  • Keen attention to detail, particularly when creating precise and accurate logo studies and layouts.

Collaboration Skills:

  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Time Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with 3D Software: Experience with 3D rendering or modeling software like Blender, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Motion Graphics Skills: Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
