As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital channels.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify the most promising paid media opportunities and audience segments
  • Developing comprehensive paid media strategies and campaign plans to achieve client goals
  • Setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media is integrated with other digital channels
  • Generating detailed reporting and presenting insights to client.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid media landscape

Minimum Qualifications

Is the role right for you?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid media marketing, with a track record of driving strong campaign results.
  • Proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven, testing-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of web analytics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
