Is the role right for you?
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital channels.
What are your responsibilities?
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify the most promising paid media opportunities and audience segments
- Developing comprehensive paid media strategies and campaign plans to achieve client goals
- Setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media is integrated with other digital channels
- Generating detailed reporting and presenting insights to client.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid media landscape
Minimum Qualifications
Is the role right for you?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in paid media marketing, with a track record of driving strong campaign results.
- Proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven, testing-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of web analytics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
